This complete pellet production line efficiently processes PE, PP, and PVC materials through extrusion, strand formation, cooling, and cutting operations. The system transforms raw materials into uniform pellets for convenient storage and excellent market distribution.
Production Process Flow
Raw material + additive → Mixing → Conveying feeding → Hopper feeding → Conical twin screw extruder → Hot face cutting → Cyclone separator → Vibration sieve → Blowing system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing
